Ms. Grabowski has demonstrated experience in project managing development from site selection, environmental assessments to design build completion. Her experience includes the use of sophisticated cost tracking technology solutions, scheduling tools and rigorous document control. With a strong background in construction, Ms. Grabowski leverages her LEED AP certification knowledge with “construct ability” experience to ensure all client options are fully explored by design teams. Her knowledge of the challenges associated with new site development and the information requirements of various local authorities, ensure that project planning and feasibility studies are realistic and complete.

Project Manager responsible for the successful development of Laurin Construction’s in-house development projects, as well as their established client base

Commerce City Property;  Design Build of 18,000 sq.ft multi-tenant facility:.
Project managed the site investigation, environmental studies/traffic flow plan and confirmation with City, developing preliminary project budget and schedule information

Engage base-building design team, facilitate tenant concept design and detail design.  Manage all aspects of tender, build and commissioning for the building as well as any tenant deficiencies

Project was completed utilizing real time cost control systems
 

Microzone HQ Office; Build - to – suit 15,000 sqft office/manufacturing facility
Supported site selection in cost and schedule analysis for various options
Managed engagement of design team and controlled scope and budget during design development with client
Made submissions to City for site plan and building approval
