What can I expect for a Evaluation/Assessment and Recommendation Meeting Free of Charge?
This meeting is primarily about your “Mission Statement” Every Successful Business is built on a passion and every employee is part of this passion and can recite their company mission statement immediately and have that passion for this statement. 

If you cannot say this is the case in your company and are at a loss as to how to share your vision and passion, ICLpm can be the cornerstone to moving your company beyond mediocre!

TROUBLESHOOTING
What is the purpose of out sourcing this type of service?
Your company and its personnel become part of a family ...out sourcing allows you to view the basic and make changes recommended by a impartial source.

PERIODIC SYSTEM CHECK
What does this entail and at what cost?
A successful program implementation requires periodic system checks and balances to review and adjust as required. This requirement is tailored to suit you and your company and can be in the form of a seminar or meeting.  Prices can be structured either as per seminar costs or hourly.

INVOICING AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
What are the payment terms?
Invoices will be submitted by-weekly - with net 30d payment period.  Seminars and Training are reserved and due upon receipt.
